PS 64 Inaugural Spring Concert

May 14, 2018

Dear PS 64 Families:

It is my pleasure to invite you to a very special event at PS 64M!  On Wednesday, May 23rd, at 5:00pm, our entire school community will come together to present our inaugural spring concert titled A Seed in the Ground.  The concert will be a demonstration of musical skills learned by pre-k through fifth grade students, and they are excited to show you what they’ve learned!  A Seed in the Ground represents the fragility and newness of the music program, while celebrating the growth and potential for what is yet to come!

Participation by all students is required. Those students participating in the after school program will remain at school straight through the completion of the concert.  Those students who do not participate in the after school program should report back to school by 4:15pm for warm-ups and concert line-up.  Parents are invited to walk through our HEALTHY HABITS FAIR in the library from 4-5pm, where they will view class projects inspired by nutrition and healthy living.  Following the concert, families are invited to the classrooms to meet with their teachers and learn how they can best prepare for next school year.

Evening schedule at a glance:
